Do you remember those delicious hard candy sweets that you'd see in fancy candy dishes around your house during the Holiday times? The inspiration for these Italian Glass Pendants came from those wonderful candies!

I have been fortunate to find some amazing glass artists around the world who make these stunning, unique glass beads for my collection of one-of-a-kind pendants. The pendants have been a favorite of Star Candy collectors since I started making them in 2004.

The beads really do look like Hard Candies! Each one is made by hand on a torch with either Italian Moretti, Kalera, Borisillicate, Dichroic or Murano Glass and then fired in a kiln for extreme strength and durability - a similar firing process is used for ceramics. I have actually been to the isle of Murano near Venice, Italy and watched the beads being made. It's an amazing process! I combine them with Genuine Swarovski Crystals, Pearls and 92.5 Sterling Silver Beads from Bali. Every pendant comes on an 18" Sterling Silver Chain.
